Operator is using both as they are operating a mobile unit as well as offering semi truck washouts and showers. DEP and County Health Dept has been notified. Operator states he is hauling wastewater to the Desoto county landfill and dumping it on the ground. Has 1 receipts available that shows weight and date paid . Warning

Observed over 20 feet of hose attached to unit and trailing toward back and behind building then back up side of building looped over pipe coming out side of building. County has no records of approved well county utilities department has no hook up to establishment. County employee stated DEP has ordered the operator to dismantle wastewater and well. Operator using building to hold food,unapproved commissary, is offering showers and washouts to truck drivers. County utilities, DOH, DEP,County Building Enforcement were contacted. Operator of unit upon initiation of inspection stated that they were getting water from the well behind the building. When owner arrived he stated he hauls a 100 gal tank to his Church and fills up the tank then brings it back and gets water from the tank. The tank is located behind the establishment 50 or more feet behind the building beside the well and truck washout area. The tank has about 2 inches of water and brownish and green growth inside tank. operator Warning
