- 08B-17-4:Basic - Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Tomatoes and lettuce stored over orange juice bottles in walk in cooler
- 12A-17-4:High Priority - Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Employee writing time stickers washed hands to put on gloves to make an order, employee rubbed hands together for approximately 5 seconds before rinsing hands. Discussed with manager.
