  • 14-01-5:Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed three containers one with dried bean, one with dried rice and one with salt/sugar with a scoop with no handle.
  • 36-34-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed several water stained soiled ceiling tiles in the dining area. Observed dust soiled ceiling vents in the kitchen are. Observed a hanging ceiling tile in the kitchen area above the dish machine.
