Observed measuring cup/scoop handle in cut cilantro on cooks line. Operator removed scoop to have it washed during inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**

Observed clear plastic measuring cup used to scoop cooked rice in pan of water stored on top of back up sauces on cooks line.
