  • 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Reach-in cooler disrepair and stored on cook line, no time/temperature control for safety food stored in the unit at time of inspection.
  • 08B-38-4:Basic - Food stored on floor. A bag of rice and a bag of flour stored on floor in kitchen. **Repeat Violation**
  • 08B-12-5:Basic - Stored food not covered. Cooked bean, meat soup and other cooked food not covered and stored in large reach-in cooler.
  • 12A-07-5:High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. After touched cooked pork, employee placed on gloves without wash hands first. Discussed with operator, operator coached employee at time of inspection.
  • 09-01-4:High Priority - Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Employee cut cooked pork and placed in take out food container with barehands. Discussed with operator, operator stopped employee and voluntarily discarded cooked pork. **Corrective Action Taken**

  • 02C-02-5:Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Cooked chicken, cooked bean and various cooked food in large reach-in cooler. **Repeat Violation**
  • 48-04-4:Propane tank (larger than 2.7 lb. water capacity/1 lb. gas capacity) located inside of the building. For reporting purposes only. 5 of the 15 lbs propane tanks in use and stored under grill in kitchen. No propane pipe connection observed outside the back door area.
