Observed employee move garbage can with hands(gloves on), dump waste material from flat top to garage can, go to three compartment sink to rinse spatula and then handle bread for sandwich without hand washing. Educated employee of proper hand washing procedure when moving between tasks. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2023-10-04: Observed manager handle raw chicken with gloves on, remove gloves and then picked up clean spatula to dice chicken on flat top grill without hand washing.
