Observed one salmon not removed from its reduced oxygen packaging while being fully thawed and bearing a label to be removed. See stop sale. **Repeat Violation**
- 35A-03-4:Basic - Dead roaches on premises. Observed approximately 9 dead roaches floating in water under hand washing station on cook line. Observed 1 dead roach in box under hand washing station at second floor bar. **Warning**
