  • 12B-02-4:Basic - Employee eating in a food preparation or other restricted area. Employee eating at far right reach in cooler in kitchen upon beginning of inspection. Employee removed food and washed hands. **Corrective Action Taken**

Observed employee at the three compartment sink wash a bowl with soap then placed in sanitizer water and set to air dry. No water present in middle sink and employee did not rinse the bowl before placing in the sanitizer solution.
