- 36-73-4:Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Debris in storage area on floor under shelving.
- 08B-12-5:Basic - Stored food not covered. Observed box of biscuits open and uncovered in walk-in freezer. Manager covered. Corrected On-Site
- 12A-09-4:High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee handle raw meat touching tongs that had been stored inside tray that had held raw meat then loading raw burgers into oven then without changing gloves and washing hands employee handled clean dishes and set up clean warmer trays that will be touched with clean gloves while directly handling ready to eat foods. Cross contamination possible from meat tray to tongs to gloves to clean warmer trays handles to ready to eat foods. Employee should after loading raw meat into oven drop off raw meat utensils then remove gloves and wash hands then add clean gloves before handling ready to eat . Manager addressed issue and retrained employee. Corrected On-Site
