  • 14-69-4:Basic - Ice buildup in walk-in freezer. Right fan frozen and not working as well.
  • 08B-39-4:Basic - Raw vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Observed employee cut, unwashed whole onion directly from bag and then remove outer peeling. Discuss with management produce needs to be washed before being cut. Manager communicated to staff and had them start washing **Corrective Action Taken**
