Employee cleaned areas where rodent droppings are around food. Area around water heater/mop sink is not easily accessible and employees will need more time to move unused equipment and pots to clean and sanitize area.

Inspector discussed Big 6 and associated symptoms with employees. **Corrective Action Taken**
