- 36-17-5:Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed some floor tiles in disrepair throughout the preparation area. **Repeat Violation**
- 08B-36-4:Basic - Food stored in a location that is exposed to splash/dust. Observed single service individual condiments container stored underneath the soap next to handwash sink, exposed to splash. **Repeat Violation**
