- 36-03-4:Basic - Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. Inside walk-in cooler by door, on sides of walkway between cook room and server station, by dish pit. Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Under cook line flat top.
- 14-47-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact equipment exposed to splash/spillage not constructed of materials that are corrosion resistant, non-absorbent, smooth and easily cleanable. Crack in shelf under heat lamp.
