  • 22-20-5:Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed ice machine and ice scoop holder with mold like substance. Manager had employee clean both during inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
  • 36-32-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Observed several ceiling tiles with holes.
  • 24-08-4:Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed Camaros and cups stacked while still wet. Manager unstacked. **Corrective Action Taken**
