- 06-09-1:Basic - Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Tuna and salmon fully thawed in package that states to be removed from package before thawing. See stop sale. Additional tuna in reduced oxygen packaging in walk in cooler was still frozen. Operator relocated it back to freezer until he can remove it from the packaging.
