- 16-55-4:Basic - Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Less than 160F, inspector used DBPR provided temperature strips.
- 50-17-3:High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. License expired 12/1/2023
- 41-10-4:High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed Stainless steel shine cleaner stored on window seal next to flip top cooler in kitchen. Operator stored properly. Corrected On-Site
- 11-27-4:Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Vomit and diarrhea clean up procedure sent to operator.
