- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed hood filters greasy underneath fire suppression hood system (Cook line) Plastic bar mats very sticky surface has liquor bottles stored on. mats in bars.
- 29-19-4:Basic - Standing water in floor drain/floor drain draining very slowly. Observed floor drain underneath dish machine draining very slowly.
- 03B-01-6:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Checked temperature of Alfredo sauce 118°f, queso cheese 120°f stored on the steam table, Manager found the thermostat turned lower readjusted. - 24-08-4:Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed plastic pans stacked wet on storage shelves in the back prep kitchen. **Repeat Violation**
- 14-69-4:Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed large ice build up on the bottom of reach in freezer on the cook line.
- 10-20-4:Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed tongs hanging on the cook equipment on the line.
- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed mold like growth on the frame of the doors all reach in coolers on the cook line.
