- 12B-07-4:Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed: unsealed water bottles at the cook top and first prep table.
- 50-04-4:Basic - Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. Observed: the license number was not on the service side of the mobile unit.
- 03B-01-6:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed: the beans in the hot box were at 124°. These are being placed on the flat top, needing to reach 165°. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 31A-11-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed: a metal bowl in the hand wash sink. The bowl was moved to the 3 compartment sink. **Corrected On-Site**
