Observed employee unloading clean dishes and equipment from dishmachine pull up his pants from the waistband, touch his hat visor and then continue to remove clean dishes. Also observed employee that was unloading clean dishes pass clean equipment to a server, and the employee that was loading the dirty dishes was between them and put fingers in the clean equipment to assist in passing the clean equipment to the server without washing his hands prior to putting them in the clean equipment.
