Cook on cook line reached into his back pocket and took out an oven glove and put it on then put on a plastic glove, then handled raw meat. Cook on cook line took dirty dishes to dishwash area returned to cook line wiped hands on pants then put on plastic glove without washing hands and began preparing food order.
