  • 13-03-4:Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Upon walking in 3employees had no hair restraints on. Employees put on hair restraints with out having to ask. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

Observed operator using time vs temperature on shell in intact eggs. Provided time as public health information to operator. Eggs ambient air temperature was 71F. Put into cooler.
