Manager called a technician, who arrived during this inspection. The technician stated the cooler is functioning correctly and the employees need to keep the door closed. Manager stated the temperatures were 41F or below at 8am. Manager began moving foods to other coolers and adding ice to cool product to 41F. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2025-08-27: Inside walk-in cooler: Eggplant 47F, sliced ham 45F, chicken 47F. Employee stated the eggplant and sliced ham has been stored inside the walk-in cooler overnight. Stop sales issued. Manager stated the chicken was frozen and thawed this morning.
