- 36-34-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Hood vents had an excessive build-up of grease. Recommended increasing frequency cleaning this area.

In the bottom of the make table cooker on the cook line there are three 6 ounce pieces of thawed tuna in reduced oxygen packaging. Per the operator they were removed from the freezer the previous day. See stop sale.
