- 13-07-4:Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food: female food handler was wearing a watch while slicing beef and preparing food orders.
- 13-03-4:Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Employee preparing food at the breading and fryer area was not wearing a hair restraint. Employee donned a hat. Corrected On-Site
- 16-46-4:Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed numerous plastic insert pans, stored as clean in the dish area, with old labels still on the exterior of the pans. Discussed with Operator the importance of removing old labels prior to cleaning and sanitizing in order to prohibit bacterial growth and to keep items smooth and easily cleanable.
