Per manager, fish placed in reach in cooler from walk in cooler approximately two hours prior and raw beef placed in reach in cooler from walk in cooler approximately one hour prior. Both products observed above pan chill line. Both products moved to walk in freezer. Retemp approximately 30 minutes later: fish 35F and raw beef 39F. **Corrective Action Taken**
