Clean storage rack across from three compartment sink has employee beverage and cell phone above clean containers. Also, employee handbag on top of bag in box soda box on rack by three compartment sink.
- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Gaskets on right door of reach in cooler below breads in kitchen and on walk in cooler door are soiled.
- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Pancake batter in reach in cooler in kitchen at 51F. Per employee, batter was left out on the counter for approximately 40 minutes. Employee moved batter to walk in freezer.
