- 01B-02-5:High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed garlic in oil (50 F - Cold Holding) at reach in cooler preparation area. As per operator over night. Operator segregated the garlic in oil to discarded. **Corrective Action Taken**

As per operator over night. And pico de gallon (52 F - Cold Holding) as per operator for less than one hour. Operator segregated the garlic in oil to discarded. And send the pico de gallo to the walk in cooler for rapid cooling. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 41-10-4:High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed a spray bottle with sanitizer stored at the table next to water, and orange juice at dining area. Operator removed the spray bottle. **Corrected On-Site**
