- 36-27-5:Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed dusty wall at the service window area.
- 22-49-4:High Priority - Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. As evidence of chlorine sanitizer 0 ppm, but dishes were washed, rinse and sanitize previously inside 3 compartment sink. Three compartment sink was set up with quat sanitizer 200 ppm. Manager called the technician to fix the issue . Admin Complaint
