  • 12B-02-4:Basic - Employee eating in a food preparation or other restricted area. Observed half eaten donut on top of phone tray, which is stored above to go containers.
  • 40-06-5:Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed tray for personal cell phones stored above chalupa holders.
  • 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed soiled air fans cover in walk in cooler. Observed near soda machine soiled tabletop with soda syrup where single use cups are kept.
  • 25-17-4:Basic - Single-service articles stored on a soiled surface. Observed single service cups stored on tabletop soiled with soda syrup next to soda machine.
  • 12A-07-5:High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee at drive thru handle money, pass out orders and fill sodas using same gloves. Threw away gloves, walked to office and placed on new gloves and started preparing food without hand wash. Inspector advised manager what observations were. Observed manager coach employee and employee washed hands. **Corrective Action Taken**
  • 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed at prep line in kitchen Sour Cream (49-56F Cold Holding). As per operator product was placed on the line approximately two hours prior to inspection. Operator removed product from line and placed in reach in cooler below.
  • 53B-15-4:Intermediate - Employee has not received adequate training related to their assigned duties as evidenced by lack of general knowledge in performing their assigned duties. Observed employee at drive thru handle money, pass out orders and fill sodas using same gloves. Threw away gloves, walked to office and placed on new gloves and started preparing food without hand wash. Inspector advised manager what observations were. Observed manager coach employee and employee washed hands.
