- 12A-07-5:High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee take clean pans from a shelf in the above the three compartment sink, walk to the front counter, began to remove sliced ham from the meat slicer, grab clean gloves without hand washing.
