  • 14-05-4:Basic - Cardboard used to line food-contact shelves. Observed in back prep area where dry food and bowls are kept.
  • 24-27-4:Basic - Clean equipment/dishware/utensils stored next to handwash/food preparation sink exposed to splash. Observed clean plates next to hand sink under paper towels. Inspector spoke to manager, dishes were moved.
