Manager stated both products were recently delivered and were received without taking temperature, they can not determine how long products were out of temperature. Manager discarded the products. And marinated chicken randoms (44F - Cold Holding) at walk in cooler. Manager indicated a recent delivery, walk in cooler door was open, raising temp to one area of cooler. Manager relocated chicken to freezer for rapid cooling. **Corrective Action Taken**
