- 21-38-4:Basic - Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Observed under handwashing sink at front counter. Operator removed the sanitizer bucket. **Corrected On-Site**
- 22-41-4:High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm). Advised operator to utilize the three compartment sink until dishwasher is fixed.
- 12A-07-5:High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee remove gloves and put on a new pair without washing hands and begin engaging in food preparation. Manager coached employee on proper hand washing procedures.

As per operator for less than 30 minutes. Operator moved the butter to the walk in freezer for rapid cooling. **Corrective Action Taken**
