- 32-12-5:Basic - Covered waste receptacle not provided in women's bathroom. Observed missing lid on trash container inside unisex restroom.
- 08B-49-4:Basic - Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed container of milk reused to store water for personal use are not segregated from food items for the public.
