- 08B-47-4:Basic - Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Observed a box with raw chicken and box with oranges stored on floor at walk in cooler. Operator relocated the boxes on a shelf. **Corrected On-Site**
- 10-17-4:Basic - In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Observed two knives stored between knife holder and wall. Operator relocated the knives. **Corrected On-Site**

Operator discarded the quinoa and moved the chicken and cheese to another reach in cooler for rapid cooling. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 05-05-4:Intermediate - Ambient air thermometer in holding unit not accurate within plus or minus 3 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed the ambient thermometer on -20F at reach in cooler, not working.
