  • 36-22-4:Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Observed in reach kitchen area.
  • 14-69-4:Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up in multiple reach in freezers throughout establishment.
  • 25-06-4:Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed single set containers not inverted in top shelf prep table across from cookline. Operator inverted during inspection. **Corrected On-Site**

Observed cooked potatoes (86F - Cold Holding) in bottom reach in cooler at sandwich station. As per operator for more than 4 hrs. Operator discarded potatoes during inspection. Also observed feta cheese (50F - Cold Holding) in standing reach in cooler in new expansion area. As per operator since yesterday 3/10.

  • 36-34-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed ceiling vents soiled in kitchen area.
  • 35B-01-4:Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed at rear exit door in storage hallway.
  • 08B-38-4:Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed at pathway of restrooms, boxes of oat milk stored on floor. Operator removed and placed onto shelf.
  • 10-01-5:Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed in a container of dry quinoa, operator removed and stored up right.
  • 06-01-5:Basic - Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed at kitchen pathway entrance, bags of cut fruit and fruit pulps thawing.
  • 42-01-4:Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed at mop sink. Chef removed from bucket and stored correctly. **Corrected On-Site**
  • 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in reach in cooler at cook line smoked sausage (59F - Cold Holding). As per chef for about 1 hour, was cut and placed into cooler from standing reach in cooler. Observed at center prep table, butter (68F - Cold Holding). As per chef for about 1 hour. Chef placed into reach in cooler.
  • 31A-09-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed at front counter hand wash sink blocked with soiled dishes inside sink.
  • 31A-11-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed at kitchen hand wash sink, used as dump sink with food debris inside.
  • 16-37-1:Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no chemical test strips available for chlorine fish,aching or quaternary three compartment sink.
  • 16-59-1:Intermediate - Warewashing machine not automatically dispensing the detergent and/or the sanitizer. Observed for front counter dish machine. Advised operator to utilize main kitchens dish machine to wash and sanitize dishes.
