  • 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observe reach in cooler handle broken across from stove. Observed reach in cooler gaskets torn near soda machine.
  • 35B-01-4:Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed gap in back exit door that leads to outside.
