  • 24-05-4:Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed metal pans not stored inverted at dish shelf at ware washing area.
  • 35A-03-4:Basic - Dead roaches on premises. Observed one dead roach on floor at walk in cooler entrance. Employee removed dead roach. **Corrected On-Site**
