- 08A-05-6:High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw shell eggs stored over butter inside reach in cooler by 3 compartment sink.

Observed beef empanada (127F - Hot Holding); ham croquettes (130F - Hot Holding inside hot box. As per operator for less than 1 hour prior, operator increased temperature of hot box to reheat products. **Corrective Action Taken**
