Observed cooked chicken, shrimp, pork held for more than 24 hours with no date marked at walk in cooler. As per operator food was prepared 3 days before the inspection.

- 36-03-4:Basic - Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. Observed cove molding and door threshold in disrepair at back door.
- 12B-07-4:Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee drinking from cups stored on table with to go containers at the front line.

Observed rice hot holding at 125 F hot holding on counter. As per operator, product out 10 minutes. Operator moved product to rice cooker where last temperature taken was 140F hot holding.
