Observed employee washing and rinsing equipment in the middle compartment. Educated operator how to properly set up 3 compartment sink and to rewash and sanitize the pots and pans properly. **Corrective Action Taken**

- 16-46-4:Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed multiple containers with old labels in the reach in cooler dated back to July 6, as per operator items were cooked yesterday. Operator placed new labels on the containers.
