- 36-37-5:Basic - Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. Observed ceiling at preparation room not smooth and non absorbent.
- 24-08-4:Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed on shelf over three compartment sink wet and not properly air dried. Coached employee on proper procedure.
