- 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed top reach in cooler lid disconnect at front counter crepe station.
- 51-15-4:Basic - Establishment increased seating without providing written approval from the local fire authority and wastewater provider. Operator advised they were in the process of approval for seating change, but was unable to provide approval documentation from DERM for the increased seating during the time of inspection.
