- 10-12-5:Basic - In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Ice scoops are on a mat on top of the ice machine. Operator ran the ice scoops through the dish machine and placed them into a pan on top of the ice machine.
- 31B-04-4:Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. There is no hand washing sign at the hand washing sink on the cook line. Inspector provided operator with a hand washing sign.
