- 24-05-4:Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Silverware not presented handles first stored on the prep table behind the microwave on the expo line.
- 12B-12-5:Basic - Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Observed several beverages in different prep areas in the kitchen. Cups of coffee, thermos bottles. The beverages was removed and the area was sanitized. **Corrective Action Taken**
