- 36-73-4:Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed pretzels and chocolate spilled on the floor in the dry storage room. Employee cleaned at time of inspection Observed black discoloration on the floor tile inside walk in freezer.(bakery) **Corrected On-Site**
