  • 22-20-5:Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. On drink machine in lobby to left side ice shoot has build up of mold-like substance.
  • 35A-06-4:Basic - Accumulation of dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, or other pests, in control devices. Bottom drawer of cooler near counter with do not used sign on it, two dead flies in drawer.
  • 24-08-4:Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Multiple pans on shelf over 3 compartment sink wet nesting. Manager pulled pans apart to let air dry. **Corrective Action Taken**
