  • 24-14-4:Basic - Clean utensils stored between equipment and wall. Observed metal spatulas stored between wall and cook line directly across from tall reach in cooler.
  • 14-09-4:Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed cutting board at flip top cooler with grooves and no longer smooth and easily cleanable.
  • 12B-07-4:Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee beverage container on prep table next to food items across from fryer station. Person in charge moved beverage container to proper storage location.

Observed; cooked chicken in pan above cook line person in charge stated was cooked 45 minutes prior and was cooling before placing into reach in cooler. Raw chicken in container at prep table across from three compartment sink at 50F person in charge stated was being cut and pulled from cold holding 20 minutes prior. No employee in process of prepping raw chicken.
