  • 22-08-4:Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Interior top of Microwave on cook line soiled. Also, oven on cook line slightly soiled. Employee started cleaning microwave during this inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
