Drove by establishment and EO closure stickers that were on both restaurant entry doors were covered. One covered with a green folder and the 2nd door had a sign over the closure sticker that stated "Close due to kitchen emergency. Discussed with operator during closure that the sign could not be covered or removed. Discussed again today to operator that closure sign cannot be covered or removed.
